This timeless and romantic winter styled shoot was so fun to dream-up and shoot! I love styled shoots because it gives me a chance to be creative during the off-season, and it’s a blast to collaborate and work with other wedding vendors that I might not typically get to meet otherwise. I think this styled shoot is great inspiration on how to plan a modern winter wedding that also feels timeless and fun! Last minute our original venue actually fell through, but Urbanite PDX saved the day by letting us shoot in their new industrial space above their retail store (which would be so perfect for anyone planning an urban wedding or event)! The stylists and I wanted this to be a winter wedding shoot and for everything to have a timeless and romantic feel but also be slightly moody with lots of vintages touches. And I think the stylish long-sleeve gown and veil from A and Bé Bridal, the moody and elegant table set-up, and all the velvet accents and deep floral tones totally accomplished this.
