Autumn by far is my favorite season, and this year we had one of the most beautiful autumns ever in Portland! The colors seemed to last longer than usual, but so did the sun, creating so many magical days for photos. And I couldn’t think of a better spot for a couples shoot in the fall than the Columbia River Gorge! Maddie, Jake and I adventured to Cascade Locks for an afternoon of picnicing, reading, and sun-bathing (oh, and photos too, duh!). The Gorge is legit crazy because you have the Columbia River surrounding you and every where you turn is a different kind of landscape that looks like is been plucked straight from a movie scene.
