Portraits From a car window // a quarantine time series

With “Stay Home Save Lives” plastered on every billboard and sign right now, it’s hard to not let the fear of these times sink in. As a photographer and small business owner these circumstances bring their own set of challenges, and it’s been difficult to find new ways to stay creative. I’ve missed doing couples shoots and just taking photos in general so much recently, so I decided to start a new little experimental quarantine series called, Portraits From a Car Window. It’s been far too long since I’ve done street photography anyway. All of these photos were taken from inside my car (don’t worry I wasn’t the one driving), and it was a fun challenged to take most if these while in a moving vehicle. I’m trying to remind myself how blessed I am right now, and I’m thankful for my camera, car, and creativity that still allow me to take photos with all that’s going with the Corona Virus. So here’s to finding new way to be creative! What are you doing or creating right now? Let’s share our ideas and help inspire one another - we’re all in this together! Stay creative folks!
